Wine tastings near Amélie: Roussillon & Empordà
Choose the experience, then reserve the date
These eight wineries were selected for positive visitor feedback and an explicit tasting, tour or food offer on their own websites. Ratings refer to different visitor experiences, so this is a balanced selection rather than a ranking of wine quality. Choose one main winery for the day, check the language of your tour and arrange transport before booking.
Roussillon: intimate visits or a coastal cellar
Valmy is the shortest of these drives from Palalda View. Its tours run in summer and its restaurant has a separate April–October season. Mas Alart suits a personal family-estate visit with the winemaker. Paulilles combines coastal wine, scenery and dining; regular estate tours are limited to July and August. Terres des Templiers offers a larger-cellar introduction to Banyuls, with free standard tastings and separately scheduled foreign-language tours.
Empordà: family cellars and modern architecture
La Vinyeta offers a dedicated English visit and an optional picnic among the vines. Mas Llunes is a strong choice for detailed explanations, a sensory tasting or vineyard history. Perelada pairs contemporary architecture with guided tastings and an optional Celler 1923 meal. Espelt’s vineyard visit meets at Mas Satlle, separate from its production cellar; use the meeting instructions issued with your booking.
Meals, pairings and reservations are different
The food filter includes full restaurant meals, a booked Catalan grill and a picnic lunch; each listing explains the format. Cheese or cured-meat pairings alone are not counted as dining. A tour reservation does not reserve a restaurant table. Confirm available dates, group minimums and your preferred language directly with the winery. The links below take you to official visitor and reservation pages.
Make a relaxed day of it
Combine a winery with a village or coast visit nearby: Valmy with Argelès, Paulilles with Port-Vendres, Terres des Templiers with Banyuls, or La Vinyeta and Perelada with Peralada village. The displayed driving times are one-way estimates from Palalda View and exclude traffic, parking and the visit. Arrange a non-drinking driver or taxi for a tasting day.

Visits and reservations
Reserve your chosen experience through the official Visits & Tastings page, including the free five-wine tasting. The Catalan grill is a booked experience, not a drop-in restaurant. For a preferred language or a tailored visit, phone the estate before booking.
