Bookings and confirmation

A submitted request is not confirmed until the booking reaches the confirmed status and the guest receives confirmation. Availability, occupancy limits, minimum-stay rules, and any approval requirements shown during booking apply.

Prices and payment

The price summary shown before submission identifies the currency, accommodation price, taxes, fees, discounts, deposit, and balance that apply to that booking. The enabled payment method and its provider terms apply. Do not include card details in free-text fields or email.

Changes, cancellation, and refunds

The accommodation-specific cancellation policy shown with these terms controls cancellation deadlines, charges, and refunds. Contact the operator promptly if dates or guest details need to change. Statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

Arrival, departure, and house rules

The check-in and check-out times, occupancy, pet policy, house rules, and property address shown for the selected accommodation form part of the booking. Guests must provide accurate information, respect safety instructions and neighbours, and report damage or problems promptly.

Liability and events outside control

Each party remains responsible to the extent required by applicable law. The operator should describe any locally permitted limitations, force-majeure process, insurance recommendation, and complaint procedure here; mandatory consumer protections are not excluded.

Personal data is handled as described in the site Privacy Policy. The legal operator, contact details, selected accommodation, and configured jurisdiction are displayed below when available.
